Spacious and comfortable apartments right on Avenue des Champagnes.

Our room was not ready until nearly 6 pm, which was frustrating as we had limited time to explore. The check-in process was disorganized. I ended up walking into the wrong building. Additionally, I struggled to find the EV charging station and realized too late that I needed to visit reception to use it.

It was a smart choice for a city trip in Epernay with outstanding value. The spacious kitchen in our apartment was perfect for evening gatherings with friends. Make sure to try the complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival.

A rollercoaster of pros and cons

The location is unbeatable! ! Nestled right on the Avenue de Champagne, it's walking distance to the best champagne houses. The spacious kitchen was perfect for our evening gatherings with friends.

We faced confusion upon arrival. directions could use improvement. The check-in process felt a bit chaotic, leaving us frustrated before we even started our stay.

the breakfast is hardly worth mentioning, just a pitiful selection of cheese and ham served in a bar, how charmingly disappointing. also, two beds shoved together instead of a lovely double bed—so romantic! i generally expect a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, no red-carpet treatment here. maybe next time i'll actually feel welcomed?

I enjoyed my stay with a spacious room featuring a large terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The air conditioning helped in the heat, making it a comfortable retreat. Team members were friendly and welcoming, adding to the experience.

Traffic noise was a concern at times, especially in the early morning, affecting the peacefulness I hoped for.

We had a great time at Les Suites Du Champagne De Venoge! The location is perfect, right on Avenue du Champagne, making it easy to walk to various champagne houses. Our room was spacious and featured air conditioning, a minibar, and soundproof walls, which provided a comfortable retreat after exploring Epernay's fabulous restaurants. The breakfast was lovely and a great way to start our day.

The terrace was perfect for sipping champagne, and the large, modern room had everything we needed. Such a gorgeous hotel!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel with large, beautifully decorated rooms and it was in a perfect location, just a few steps away from Moet et Chandon and less than a 10-minute walk to the Eglise Notre-Dame d'Epernay, making it super easy for me to stroll around and discover all the charm this city has to offer.

The three-bed apartment was ideal for our group, featuring a spacious kitchen that became our hub for evening champagne gatherings. We appreciated the tasteful decor and the daily changes of fresh towels. Breakfast was delightful, and the hospitality of the staff made every moment enjoyable. However, the check-in process was a bit disorganized, leading to some frustration upon arrival, and the lack of clear signage for amenities could be improved.
